Updates From Flood-Affected Areas

Our consignment of 8500kgs of dates arrived last night at Sabzi Mandi Islamabad. Tehseen-ul-Haq, (our volunteer) supervised the entire activity. And the aid reached our godown in Charsada early this morning. We added some more aid from Islamabad including milk (Olpers and Milkpak), Canola oil (10 and 5 litter cans). Half of the dates ( around 4200 KGs) will be distributed in surrounding areas of Charsada while a quarter is for the hard-to-reach areas of Shangla ( upper Swat) and another quarter is for worst-affected-areas of Nowshera like Mohib Banda, Misri Banda and Pir Sabaq.

In this post you would get to know two contrasting views on the matter and see how people approach the same issue in diverse way which makes the world interesting as well as challenging specificaaly when truth has to be proved!
